Electric drive NVH Engineering Service Summary EDS (EPT) NVH Engineering Service Summary:
Indicator setting: vehicle-level/bench benchmarking test and indicator setting
EM CAE modeling: silicon steel sheet material parameters, damping identification and electromagnetic field construction
EPT CAE modeling: MBS structural load identification, EPT/EDS finite element modeling and vibration and noise simulation
Integration and contribution analysis: Analyze the contribution of EPT's airborne sound and structural sound, and obtain its interface load on the entire vehicle.

Case 4: A certain washing machine electric drive assembly and complete machine matching NVH engineering services
1) CAE model construction of the washing machine barrel and transfer function test benchmarking;
2) Load identification based on the connection relationship between the electric drive assembly and the barrel, combined with the CAE simulation analysis model and vibration test results;
3) Based on the load identification results, Analysis of noise contribution and verification of radiated noise;
4) Propose a noise reduction plan and conduct sample trial production and test verification.
