2.2 Structural/damping material testing and database construction to guide vehicle damping layout optimization
· Identify the material types: 1) Asphalt damping; 2) Ding-green rubber damping; 3) Water-based damping; 4) Automotive rubber.
· Damping layout optimization objectives:
· Carry out lightweight design analysis of the entire vehicle based on NVH performance evaluation;
· Carry out automated command flow development based on ACTRAN to realize automatic optimization of damping arrangements, and conduct performance verification through testing methods.

2.3.1 Introduction to input parameter testing methods for forward development of porous materials
· Microscopic parameters: density, flow resistance, porosity, viscous thermal characteristic factor and tortuosity; (used for JCA model construction) ·
Macroscopic parameters: complex density, complex sound velocity (Familiar definition for CAE air)

· Microgravity scales, measuring cups, etc. (testing porosity and density)
