2.1 Damping plate radiation noise detection:

      ·  The detection method independently developed by BOACH Acoustics has been used by many OEMs!
      ·   The test bench has supported the publication of multiple SCI high-level papers at the same time, and is currently recognized by the industry and profession.

 

2.1 Body block sound insulation inspection :

      ·  BOACH Acoustic’s customized plugging test plan effectively combines the plugging and surrounding substrates, making the evaluation results closer to reality!
      ·   Problems with conventional impedance tube testing: Due to the influence of the law of mass, the sound insulation performance of the plugging material can never surpass that of stainless steel.

Effect:
1) Implemented in accordance with the GB/T impedance tube sound insulation standard, but no transition section correction is performed;
2) The transition section provides diffuse incidence (sound waves are not completely normal);
3) Used to evaluate the sound insulation effect of different plugging sheets ;
4) The sample takes into account the actual working conditions of the body steel plate, and the evaluation results are more representative.
5) The outer diameter of the sample: 126mm, which is much larger than the opening;
6) Compared with the conventional impedance tube test, it cannot evaluate the hole plugging effect;
Reason: Resin sound insulation cannot surpass stainless steel!

2.3 Testing of waterproof sound-permeable membrane for mobile phones
      ·   BOACH Acoustics built a test bench according to the test standards to conduct WRM insertion loss test;
      ·   Currently, the test bench has served many waterproof sound-permeable membrane manufacturers.

1) Build a test bench based on SONY test standards;
2) Conduct sound pressure tests with or without WRM radiation after different WRM applications;
3) Obtain WRM test results based on the IL standard calculation formula.

2.4 Insertion loss detection of high-speed rail/subway converter cabinet noise reduction scheme:
         ·   BOACH Acoustics developed a 1:1 test bench based on the working principle of the converter cabinet, and passed the consistency verification of the noise reduction effect of the actual bench and test bench;
         ·   At present, this bench has been used for the design and development of noise reduction products for converter cabinets.
