Application scenario:
100~120kW hydrogen fuel cell system
Product features:
1)The silencer needs to be used with a water separator (refer to BOACH #Novel-W.S-LX150 water separator products) to increase the high-frequency broadband noise reduction and control the weight;
2)There are fewer welds in the solder joint, and the reliability life is relatively high
Product testing principle and function introduction:
1)Mixing water vapor and hydrogen, no separate water separator is required
2)The water discharged from the fuel cell is drained through the muffler out of the pipeline
3)Meet the requirements of static strength and vibration fatigue strength
4)Reduce the exhaust radiated noise of the fuel cell system
Product size:
The key size is shown in the figure below; OD=51mm, ID=48mm
Pressure loss and noise reduction performance:
1)TL(Transmission Loss): TL >20dB@800~6400Hz; The actual noise reduction depending on the vehicle loading;
2)PL(Pressure Loss): The muffler inner duct configuration is straight, and the overall pressure loss of the muffler <3kPa;
